- Conductcomprehensive screening and assessment of candidates to evaluatetheir skills experience and fit for theorganization.
- Coordinateand conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholdersto assess candidatesuitability.
- LateralHiring and Talent PipelineManagement:
- Managelateral hiring processes for midlevel to seniorlevel positionsleveraging industry networks and relationships to attract toptalent.
- Build andmaintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current andfuture hiring needs ensuring a steady flow of qualifiedcandidates.
- StakeholderEngagement and RelationshipManagement:
- Partnerclosely with hiring managers and department heads to understandstaffing needs andpriorities.
- Buildstrong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignmenton recruitment goals andobjectives.
- Provideregular updates and insights on recruitment metrics trends andchallenges to keystakeholders.
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- 5 to 8 years ofexperience in talent acquisition with a proven track record ofsuccess in bulk hiring and lateralhiring.
- Previousexperience in a leadership or team management role with the abilityto inspire and motivate teammembers.
- Experience inthe healthcare industry or nonIT hiring background ispreferred.
- Strongunderstanding of recruitment best practices candidate assessmenttechniques and employment lawcompliance.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engagewith candidates and stakeholders at alllevels.
- Proficiency inMS Office and experience using recruitment software and applicanttrackingsystems.
