    Job Role :
    We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, and Entity Framework.


    Responsibilities :

    • Define the technical vision and roadmap for assigned projects.
    • Translate project requirements into actionable tasks and timelines.
    • Design, develop, and maintain highquality software solutions using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies.
    • Responsible for gathering requirements from BA or directly from client
    • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
    • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify roadblocks.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
    • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
    • Excellent handson backend api's, databases for robust and scalable solutions

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 610 years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, and Entity Framework.
    • Strong understanding of objectoriented programming concepts and design patterns.
    • Proficiency in database design and development using MS SQL Server.
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
    • Nice to have experience with PL/SQL.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Design, develop, and maintain highquality software solutions using ASP.NET
    • MVC, .NET Core, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and other relevant technologies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and define project requirements.
    • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
    • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
    • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Mentor and groom interns.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in software development
