    PositionOverview

    Customer Order Executive ispivotal in maintaining positive customer relationships optimizingorder fulfillment processes and contributing to the overall successof the organization.

    Role andResponsibilities
    OrderProcesssing

    Receive andprocess customer orders through various channels store counteremail or onlinesystem.

    Ensure accuracyand completeness of orders including product details quantities andcustomer information.

    Order TrackingandFulfillment

    Track thestatus of orders from placement to delivery and ensure timelyfulfillment.

    Coordinate withprocessing team to arrange for timely delivery to retailoutlets.

    QualityAssurance
    Conduct qualitychecks on orders to ensure accuracy completeness and compliancewith qualitystandards.
    Address anyissues related to product quality or discrepancies in orders andtake corrective actions asnecessary.

    Qualifications and EducationRequirements

    Graduate fromanyfield.

    Should haveComputer Operating knowledge.


    Preferred skills andexperience:

    Should haveworked in Jewellery industry. (Manufacturing or JewelleryBackground in GoldPreferred)

    Should haveworked on any Jewellerysoftware.

    Should know thebasic calculations of the Jewelleryweights.



    Position Overview Vendor Spoc is a key position in merchandisingdepartment. The person would be responsible for coordinating withinternal departments, store and Vendors. The candidate should havefair knowledge of Gold Jewellery and should be good with computeroperation and excel. Role and Responsibilities Receiving andmaintaining stock from various departments and Store. Coordinatingwith vendors for returning the products. Generate sales invoice orpurchase return to vendors. Maintaining stock count and tally asper department reports. Critical Competencies Excellentcommunication and relationship building skills. Action oriented andhighly motivated. Proficient in software and Excel. Should be goodat mathematical calculations. Should be a people s person and havean engaging conversation style should be a great listener.Qualifications and Education Requirements Graduate from any field.Minimum of 2 year of experience jewellery industry. Preferredskills and experience: Computer Operation. Good communication andstrong negotiation skills.
