    About Us:


    Zeliot is a new age deep tech company founded in 2018 with the vision of offering IoT platform-basedsolutions to enterprises and Automotive OEMs.

    Since 2018, Zeliot has successfully developed the platform and hashosted more than 100,000 devices.

    The current platform is used by the likes of Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Indian Oil Corporation, Here Maps, and many other marquee customers.


    Zeliot is striving hard to create an ecosystem for the partners by allowing more control over what they would wantto sell in turn to their customers.

    This can be achieved by developing modules on the fundamental level of softwareplatform, if we could reimagine how the platform modules like data processing pipelines, Telematics Hub,Microservices are monetized, then the partners will eventually have more control over how and what they want tosell to their customers, who could be either large enterprises or Auto OEMs.

    With this vision in place, we areproductizing each component of the software platform, we are investing a good amount of time & money to createa data computation package for the IoT device, this package will eventually run on the edge devices and will alsous to control a lot of data parameters before sending it the cloud.


    The combination of platform products and the edge package will bring in a lot more efficiency in the way the IoTdata especially telematics data is handled, this will lead to huge amounts of savings for our partners/customers interms of cloud expenses.

    The GTM for Zeliot is by offering the above-detailed solution set as a deep tech product forIoT to all the partners across the globe has context menu.

    Responsibilities:


    The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change,co-ordination of the programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies.


    Key Requirements:
    The program manager is responsible for delivering projects and change requests.

    The role requires effective coordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.

    It also includes the coordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and the realization of projected benefits.

    In most cases, the program manager will work full-time on the programme.
    The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.
    The programme manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme.
    They will develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it

    Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

    The programme manager is responsible for:Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actionEnsuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme – focusing inwardly on the internalconsistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with otherprogrammes and corporate, technical and specialist standardsFacilitating the appointment of individuals to project teamsEnsuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, by the programme plan and programme governance arrangementsEnsuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's projectsManaging third-party contributions to the programmeManaging communications with all stakeholdersManaging both the dependencies and the interfaces between projectsManaging risks to the programme's successful outcomeSkills and attributes needed to be a programme manager:The individual appointed as programme manager must have the necessary seniority to be able to take on theresponsibilities associated with the role.

    The balance of skills required of a programme manager often changes as the programme develops.

    The person with the skills to identify or define the programme may not necessarily be the right person to drive through its implementation.


    The programme manager should have:
    Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsGood understanding of one of one of the programming languagesGood understanding of Internet of Things devices and software platformsGood knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmesSound business case development and approvals skillsGood knowledge of programme and project management methodsGood knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation proceduresSufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programmeThe ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

    Education and Experience Required:
    Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MBAor MCA.Typically, 3- 4 years of experience.
