    Overview

    The Salesposition is a key role within our organization responsible fordriving revenue through the acquisition of new clients and theretention and growth of existing accounts. The Sales team plays apivotal role in promoting our products/services building strongrelationships with clients and achieving sales targets. This roleis essential for the expansion and success of the business as itdirectly impacts the companys bottom line.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Identify and pursuenew sales opportunities
    • Build and maintainstrong longlasting customerrelationships
    • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals
    • Develop andexecute strategic sales plans to achieve salestargets
    • Conduct market research to identifypotential areas for business growth
    • Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto enhance the overall customer experience
    • Meetand exceed sales targets and KPIs
    • Prepare salesreports and maintain accurate records of salesactivities
    • Stay updated with industry trendsand market competition
    • Provide productknowledge and demonstrations to potentialclients
    • Contribute to the development of salesstrategies and campaigns
    • Participate in salesmeetings events and conferences
    • Effectivelycommunicate the value proposition of the products andservices
    • Resolve customer complaints andconcerns in a timely and professionalmanner

    Requiredqualifications

    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
    • Proven work experience in sales or asimilar role
    • Demonstrated success in achievingand exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiationand influencing skills
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
    • Proven track record of building andmaintaining customer relationships
    • Proficiencyin CRM and sales management software
    • Strategicthinking and problemsolving skills
    • Ability totravel as necessary to meet clients and attendevents
    • Understanding of market dynamics andcustomer needs
    • Selfmotivated with aresultsdriven approach
    • Time management andorganizational skills
    • Ability to adapt andlearn quickly in a continuously evolvingindustry
