Responsibilities:

As a Product Sales Assistant in an on-field capacity, you will be an integral part of our sales force, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our product offerings.

Your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for customer engagement will contribute to our company's growth and success.

  • Actively engage in onfield sales activities to promote and sell our products to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify target customers and industries, and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales plans that align with company objectives.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, their features, and benefits to clients, addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right products to meet their needs, offering tailored solutions when necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and customer support, to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and activity logs, ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and showcase our products.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials to support customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a field role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with new people.
  • Resultsoriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
