    Description

    Preferred Academic Qualification:

    Bachelor's degree or master's degree in fine arts preferred.

    Knowledge / Competency / Skills:


    • Work on full scale presentation / graphic requirements – From PowerPoint charting to highly visual story decks, proficient in MS Office, Adobe creative suite (including video editing) & SharePoint (Google Workspace exposure would be an added advantage)


    • Design and layout of electronic and print materials (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, newsletters)


    • Execute design requirements independently.


    • Open to learn new tools and techniques based on the requirements.


    • Should be very proactive and possess positive attitude.


    • Should be highly self-motivated and strong team player


    • Manage time, meeting deadlines with zero error.


    • Provide trainings/training materials and "tips & tricks" to project teams along the way.

    Requirements & Qualifications:


    • Proficiency in presentation, graphic design & UI/UX


    • Basic knowledge in various Web and Graphic design and development programs including HTML, Adobe suite, SharePoint.


    • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.


    • Excellent Communication skills


    • Excellent problem-solving skills


    • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must


    • Ability to independently manage clients & execute projects


    • Ability to make decisions and take on responsibility and handle projects independently

    Should be ready to work well in a team and US East Coast hours 8:30 – 5:00 PM EST

    Shift Timing: Night Shift - EST
