    Description

    Were looking for an Insurance corporateManager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a teamof insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

    Responsibility :

    • Develop implement and maintain the internaland/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize theorganizations profit potential
    • Promote theorganizations products and services to new and currentclients
    • Ensure all clients are satisfied andthat the quality of the services they provide meet or exceedcustomer expectations
    • Liaise with clients onregular bases to understand their needs resolve client complaintsand issues develop new business and to provide value
    • Review current and prospective clients accounts toidentify business opportunities analyze opportunities and promotesales growth
    • Guiding the companys salesefforts and resolving complex insurance issues
    • Provide reports presentations and recommendations onmarket trends customer trends and competitors actions
    • Handle internal and client inquiries andcomplaints
    • Create sales strategies actionplans and budgets.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelors degree or 5 years proven experience in a sales managementrole
    • 2 years proven experience with managinga book of business
    • Excellent understanding ofinsurance products and markets
    • Highlymotivated and ability to effectively communicate withcustomers
    • Understands businesschallenges
