    Hyperlaunch is an angel-funded Edtech platform based in Chennai, with a mission to equip aspiring engineers with the latest industry-specific skills and connect them with top-tier companies across diverse verticals. Our focus is on transforming college graduates into high-demand, industry-ready professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Reach out to prospective leads, providing consultations on relevant programs.
    2. Build an effective pipeline to achieve monthly/weekly targets.
    3. Maintain regular contact with leads through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
    4. Track daily metrics, including dials, connected calls, and talk time.
    5. Develop in-depth knowledge of the products/courses offered through continuous research and learning.
    6. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, support, and operations.
    7. Provide valuable customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • 3-6+ years of experience in B2C/Inside Sales (Mandatory).
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
    • Preferred experience in Ed-tech or tech selling.
    • Hustle, spunk, problem-solving skills, self-starter attitude, and resilience (Weekly Targets, Avg. achievement 80%, Track record of incentives earned).
    • Experience in selling higher-ticket items (course/product price of a minimum of 50k).
