    Description

    Job Description for Senior Graphic Designer:


    • A Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a unique visual identity for EdgeVerve and its digital platforms. They are expected to create innovative campaigns and come up with new ideas to run a successful campaign. In addition, they should continuously find new and innovative ways to promote the brand on media channels.


    • Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for all internal and external communication as well as employer branding. They should be able to create, manage, and audit designs based on the company's brand guidelines. They are also responsible for creating sub-brands under EdgeVerve while maintaining the brand guidelines for different channels and platforms.


    • Producing premium level shoots for interviews of senior leaders as well as employees is also an important part of the Senior Graphic Designer's role. They should be an expert in design and layout for digital and physical marketing collaterals.


    • Overall, the Senior Graphic Designer should have excellent creative and design skills, be a self-starter, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be able to deliver projects on time, be highly detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be up to date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and digital media.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (B.Design is preferrable)


    • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills


    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), PowerPoint and other design tools


    • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas


    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines


    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment


    • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
