    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief ProductOfficer (CPO) to lead our product vision strategyand execution as we enter our next phase of growth. We seek someonewith a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS products drivingproduct innovation and leading highperforming teams. As a member ofthe executive team the CPO will play a critical role in shaping thecompanys strategic direction driving product excellence andensuring our products meet the evolving needs of ourcustomers.

    • StrategicLeadership: Refine and execute a comprehensiveproduct strategy that aligns with the companys vision businessgoals and market opportunities. Lead the product management team indefining product roadmaps setting priorities and deliveringhighimpact products.
    • ProductVision and Innovation: Champion the product visionacross the organization and the market. Identify new productopportunities and innovations that can drive growth anddifferentiation. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitivedynamics to ensure our products remain relevant andcompetitive.
    • ExecutionExcellence: Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launch and beyond. Ensure products are delivered ontime within budget and meet quality standards. Foster a culture ofagility excellence and continuous improvement within the productteam. Implement formal prioritization methods like RICE (ReachImpact Confidence and Effort) MoSCoW Kano Model or alternative toprioritize product initiativeseffectively.
    • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with engineering salesmarketing customer success and finance teams to ensure productstrategies are integrated into company operations and objectives.Facilitate collaboration and alignment across departments toachieve product and businessgoals.
    • CustomerAdvocacy: Inspire audiences on the solution drivingalignment behind our product vision. Serve as the voice of thecustomer within the organization. Gather and analyze customerinsights feedback and market research to inform product decisionsand enhancements. Ensure our products solve real customer problemsand deliver exceptionalvalue.
    • Team Leadership andDevelopment: Build mentor and lead a highperformingproduct management team. Foster a culture of innovationaccountability and collaboration. Provide guidance careerdevelopment and performance management to teammembers.

    WHO YOU MIGHTBE:

    You should have relevantexperience strategic and operational skills leadership andcommunication abilities and a commitment to continuous learning anddevelopment.

    • Educationand Experience
      • Bachelors orMasters in Business Engineering Computer Science or relatedfield.
      • 10 years of product managementexperience in the B2B SaaS industry with at least 5 years in asenior leadership role.
      • Proven track record ofscaling SaaS products and achieving significant marketgrowth.

      • Leadership:The ability to inspire motivate and guide the product team towardachieving the companys vision and goals. Ability to unify diverseteams foster a positive and productive work environment andnavigate the team throughchallenges.
      • StrategicThinking: The ability to envision the longtermfuture of the product analyzing market trends identifyingopportunities and making decisions that align with the companysoverall objectives. Strategic thinking helps plan and executeproduct roadmaps that drive growth andinnovation.
      • Communication:The ability to articulate ideas clearly understandably conveycomplex information and engage with various stakeholders includingthe product team executives customers andpartners.
      • CustomerFocus: A customercentric approach is vital for aCPO. This skill involves understanding customer needs preferencesand pain points. By prioritizing the customer experience a CPO canensure that the product delivers real value meets market demandsand enhances customersatisfaction.
      • AnalyticalSkills: Analytical skills to interpret data assessproduct performance and make informed decisions including but notlimited to analyzing market trends customer feedback andperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement andopportunities forgrowth.

      • Negotiation andPersuasion: The ability to negotiate and persuadewhen dealing with internal stakeholders partners and customers.Ability to align different interests secure resources and driveconsensus on productdecisions.
