Job Description:

InspireXT is a premier Supply Chain Consulting organization providing specialized solutions and services to clients in manufacturing and retail industries.

It has its Operations in Europe and India.

As we scale our operations and grow our team, a new role has opened for the position of Accounts Executive.

The goal is to create a strong Finance team, and to aid the Company to make sound business decisions and meet its objectives.

Responsibilities:

Regular updating and maintenance of books of accounts

Maintenance of receipts, payments, Income & Expense transactions and bank reconciliation at regular intervals
Helping senior management in preparing monthly MIS reports
Helping Senior Management / External authorities in Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Audits
Understanding cost models, researching of tax and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Qualification: B/M. Com or similar
Minimum 3 years proven experience as an Account Executive or similar
Should have knowledge of Statutes e.g., GST, TDS, VAT etc.
Understanding of professional services business will be preferred
Understanding of international markets such as the UK or US would be an added advantage.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, etc)
Time Management and prioritisation skills
Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills
