    About Team:

    Business Finance:

    • Interface between the finance function and the Supply/Marketing/Business and Operations teams to optimize costs of the various functions.
    Provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision-making based on financial performance and financial planning and analysis.


    Job responsibilities:
    ■ Developing a deep understanding of the business, Cost drivers, and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growth by:

    ■ Doing data-driven trend analysis for customers/operational metrics with a focus on improving the shape of the P&L whale highlighting key insights to leadership.

    ■ Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage

    ■ Preparing, managing, and publishing business scorecards

    ■ Stakeholder Management & working closely with the regional business teams

    ■ Run weekly reviews with for the regions with business stakeholders

    ■ Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.


    Desired Candidate :
    ■ CA or IIT/ NIT + Tier 1 MBA/PGDM college like IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc.,

    ■ 3-5 Years of experience post qualification.

    ■ Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen

    ■ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams

    ■ Strong Financial modeling and Power-point skills

    ■ Previous experience as a business finance partner in Inventory/ Supply chain side is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred

    ■ Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems

    ■ Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability

    ■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ■ Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
