    We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a business with a global footprint looking for passionate individuals with keen interest in engaging with clients, creating value for them. With development and mentorship as core principles of how we develop human talent, you will join a team that will support you to develop your career in marketing.

    As Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in all areas of client engagement and contribute to enhance our brand presence in key trade shows, thought leadership initiatives and other client-focused activities.

    You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in both public relations, marketing and event management, working with a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to success. You will be able to bring in your ideas and contribute to share our client engagement strategies. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    The role

    • Support the overall development of client engagement initiatives in Greece and elsewhere in close collaboration with Client Engagement and Commercial teams
    • Support the management of end-to-end logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, materials preparation and post-event follow up
    • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders with regards to the execution of client engagement initiatives (pre & post-event)
    • Manage and execute events registration and reporting
    • Assist in the creation of content for client engagement initiatives
    • Assist the coordination of external vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of activities

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience 0-2 years in marketing operations role, project management or account management role
    • Excellent knowledge of English language (written & verbal)
    • Basic knowledge of marketing principals and tools
    • Effective workload prioritisiation
