    Position Details:
    • This role involves full-time on-site employment as a Sales and Marketing Specialist situated in Pune.
    • The Sales and Marketing Specialist will oversee various responsibilities such as customer interaction, delivering top-notch customer service, sales operations, and training sessions.
    • Responsibilities also include managing sales activities, devising marketing strategies for various projects encompassing online platforms and social media.
    • Collaborating with the sales team to craft and execute programs effectively, including lead generation initiatives.
    • Evaluating data for campaign performance analysis.
    • Ensuring consistent review of creative marketing materials for adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Formulating and presenting marketing plans, campaign outcomes, and project suggestions to senior management with emphasis on excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Demonstrating adeptness in sales and sales management, along with training proficiency.
    • Possessing knowledge of insurance products and the industry.
    • Ability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Educational background with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in Financial Products/Personal Finance is advantageous.
