    Required experience: 6-10yrs

    Caresmith is looking to hire a talented individual with a creative flair, a professional approach to time, costs, managing teams and deadlines. The job description for this role involves design and marketing activities for the brand. Some of the activities of this role will include:

    1. Managing design of all marketing collaterals from conceptualisation to final handover - Print Packaging, Ecommerce, Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, Website and E-mailers (Newsletter); other visual content including illustrations, graphics, or mockups in-tune with the brand's identity.

    2. Managing 3D Visualisers and art directing them for the desired results

    3. Managing and directing video and photo shoots and their post production

    4. Managing project assignment and ensuring completion within timelines

    5. Ideation and development of product line branding.

    6. Being a custodian of the brand guidelines and ensuring all teams, internal and external, follow them

    7. Any miscellaneous design related efforts towards building the brand's identity and presence online and offline.

    8. Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, design trends, as well as design programs such as Illustrator, and Photoshop for designing art and copy layouts

    9. Guiding designers for best results and development

    10. Managing recruitment in all design, 3D, photography and video roles

    11. Building strong design processes, to improve turnaround time and communication between teams.

    12. Periodic review and performance management of all team members

    Skills Required:

    • Strong, clean visual design sense.
    • Good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
    • Passion for people-centered design with a focus on visual communication
    • Creative flair, Conceptualize, create, & execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
    • Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and discuss briefs
    • Excellent team building and team management skills
    • Strong typography, typesetting and layout skills
