    Description

    MobiCrew is looking for a dynamic and motivated business development executive who will grow our brand. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, creative in getting the job done, and understand the requirements of a new startup. Sales and account management experience is needed. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify potential partners and customer bases, and build strategies to develop the business with them. This includes travelling within Mumbai for meetings, presentations and discussions whenever needed.
    • Develop diverse sales strategies, evaluate their effectiveness regularly, and make changes where needed.
    • Develop partnerships with service providers in a similar space to expand the business.
    • Stay up-to-date on current sales trends in the industry
    • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
    • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputed institution
    • 2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers welcome to apply
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Strong networking skills
    • Strong online skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
