    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Executive specializing in property acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic real estate opportunities to expand our portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving growth and maximizing revenue for the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential properties for acquisition through market research, networking, and other strategic channels.
    • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
    • Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts to secure favourable terms for the company.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of acquisition transactions.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes that may impact property acquisition opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Years of experience in real estate development, property acquisition, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methods, and deal structuring.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
