    We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Management Trainee-Controllership-Payroll, responsibilities include:

    • Lead end to end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll closure.
    • Knowledge of payroll-related taxes for monthly reviews and tax filings.
    • Timely coordination with the Banking team for salary and tax disbursements.
    • Oversight of payroll activities such as variance analysis, account reconciliation.
    • Providing information for internal and external audits.
    • Collaborating with key partners from Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting teams to optimize payroll operations.
    • Mentoring the payroll team for enhanced performance.
    • Proficiency in accounting and reconciliations.
    • Vendor management responsibilities.
    • Working with Audit and Finance teams for compliance and accounting tasks.
    Qualifications required:
    • Diploma in Human Resource Management.
    Desired skills and experience:
    • Previous experience in local and regional payroll management.
    • Understanding of employment laws, benefit policies, and tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in payroll software.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different organizational levels.
    • Efficient and independent work ethic.
    • Strong team player.
    • Ability to multitask, delegate, and make timely decisions.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
    • Willingness to embrace technological changes for operational enhancements.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Familiarity with Oracle ERPs such as Financial and Payroll systems.
    • Excellent communication and team management skills.
    • Strong presentation abilities.
