    Overview:

    Join the team at Cricbuzz, India's leading destination for Cricket, featuring the top cricket apps on Android and iOS. As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist global customers across various Cricbuzz products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Experience - 1 to 2 years

    Provide support through Phone, Chat, Email, Web, and Social Media.

    Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively.

    Analyze data to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

    Prepare and present weekly status reports.

    Understand and manage digital payment systems and gateways.

    Requirements:

    Strong proficiency in English.

    Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

    High empathy and understanding of user needs.

    Experience in operational performance metrics and client management.

    2-3 years of experience
