    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a New Product Development in FMCG. This role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and will be employed on a full-time basis.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
    • Familiarity with product development software and tools.
    • Good understanding of FMCG industry trends and consumer behavior.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage new product development process for the FMCG industry, from ideation to launch.
    • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to translate consumer needs into product requirements.
    • Lead the product development team in creating and executing project plans.
    • Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product components.
    • Track and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure product compliance.
    • Prepare and present reports on product development progress to management.
