    Responsibilities:

    • Focuses on companies that prioritize succeeding in the talent competition and attracting top-tier individuals to join their organization.
    • Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.
    • Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, cold calling, and office visits.
    • Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.
    • Creating campaigns for outbound lead generation.
    • Reaching out and targeting prospective clients daily.
    • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.
    • Preparing sales and sales-related reports on work and revenue every week.


    Requirements

    • Solution selling.
    • Demonstrate ability to learn and manage relationships with CXOs and large enterprise accounts.
    • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
    • Ability to expand our network and contribute to acquiring new clients.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in sales.
