Main Objectiveis to maintain design documentation as per the criterias; ManageContinuous Engineering Activity for Existing Products; Improve theDesign and Performance of ExistingProducts.
Roles&Responsibilities:1.Generating ideas for new products by researching and testingmanufacturing and assembly processes and materials as well as byexamining client requirements and operatorfeedback.2.Evaluate and address production difficulties design optimizationand technological feasibilityissues3.
Usesimulation and analysis to improve the design by consideringthermal mechanism and otherfactors.4. Testingsamples of various components to choose the best ones that meet therequirements of the new productbrief5. Establishand document part/product specifications and testprocedures6. Offertechnical assistance and support for any products industrializationefforts including manufacturability tooling assembly process designproduct cost workflow quality andsafety.7.Designand modify machinery for fabricating building assembling andinstalling components in order to develop and implementmanufacturing/assemblyprocesses.8.Develop prototypes and complete functional testing.
Fine Tunedesigns till they are ready forproduction9. Workwith other departments to execute design technology productdevelopment and vendorstrategy10. Reviewapprove and / or modify productdesigns11. Studyevaluate and recommend processredesign12.Assistin daytoday process development to ensure product quality timelyproduct shipments continuing cost effectiveness andprofitability13.Qualify and approve new products from new or existingvendors14.
