Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Associate (Apparel Brand) for Reliance Centro (New Store Opening) . As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our apparel brand. This is a Junior position, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

12th pass / Graduate / UnderGrad / Undergraduate/ Diploma
1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of apparel products, trends, and fashion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining sales records.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the right apparel products based on their needs.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
