    Job Description :

    ServiceNow Architect will play a pivotal role as the Service Owner and Specialist, ensuring the strategic vision, effective architecture, and day-to-day operational success of the ServiceNow platform.

    This role aims to assess the candidate's ability to provide both high-level strategic direction and hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture and management.

    Tasks :

    - Define a strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform in alignment with organizational objectives.

    Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, considering scalability, performance, and industry best practices.

    Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    Act as the primary owner of the ServiceNow service, defining and ensuring the realization of service strategy, policies, and goals.

    Design and implement integrations to create a seamless ITSM ecosystem.

    Develop and optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

    Continuously evaluate and optimize the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business requirements.

    Establish and enforce governance policies for ServiceNow development and usage.

    Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

    Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.

    Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and customizations.

    Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

    Required Skills :

    - Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and customization.

    Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.

    Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles.

    Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Servers).

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Strong project management skills.

    Education Qualification :

    - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    ITIL V3 or V4 Certified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.

    This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and service management, with a proven track record in lead roles.
