    Description

    Job Description :

    • We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer with experience in the telecom domain to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Siebel development and a strong understanding of telecom business processes.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop, configure, and customize Siebel applications to meet business requirements in the telecom domain.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, scripts, and configurations.
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Siebel applications.
    • Provide production support and troubleshooting for Siebel applications, including investigating and resolving issues.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Stay updated on Siebel technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
    • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.

    Qualifications :

    Essential :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 410 years of experience in Siebel development, with a focus on the telecom domain.
    • Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and configuration capabilities.
    • Experience in configuring Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts.
    • Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Configuration, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

    Desirable :

    • Certification in Siebel CRM.
    • Familiarity with Siebel Open UI and other Siebel modules.
    • Experience with Siebel integration technologies, such as EAI and EIM.
    • Knowledge of telecom business processes and industry standards.
