- Attend 3 out of 4 quarterly team meets, including Village Halls and PCC Management meetings with D&T Management

- Attend monthly P&L Lead meetings
- Supporting team members with their development through escalation to D&T Management Team
- Occasional involvement with recruitment activities, namely interviewing and CV reviewing

- Demonstrate commercial awareness & operational efficiencies / income generation in current role
- Previous experience in managing teams of 10-12 is essential

Role Summary
We are looking for a new Implementations Manager to join our team to be a part of the continual evolution of Platform Configuration Control. The team is responsible for the implementation of both our Compendia Touch and Administrator applications to new client's software and TPA. Implementations Managers will be responsible for the day-to-day management activities across PCC, promoting an engaged and motivated team. They will have a keen understanding of employee performance, and any improvements needed to develop a highly motivated and performing team.
