    Role Summary

    We are looking for a new Implementations Manager to join our team to be a part of the continual evolution of Platform Configuration Control. The team is responsible for the implementation of both our Compendia Touch and Administrator applications to new client's software and TPA. Implementations Managers will be responsible for the day-to-day management activities across PCC, promoting an engaged and motivated team. They will have a keen understanding of employee performance, and any improvements needed to develop a highly motivated and performing team.

    Core Duties/Responsibilities

    The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Running regular 1-1s and quarterly reviews, and conducting any other meetings required for an engaged and high-performing team.
  • Coaching, mentoring and performance management of your team.
  • Maintaining Workday for your team
  • Managing employee leave (annual, sick etc), approving weekly and monthly timesheets
  • Communicate effectively with your team, peers, and the wider group
  • Leading quarterly appraisals with your team and completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner, as well as providing comprehensive performance feedback
  • Complete goal-setting tasks with your employees that are aligned with EQ Core Values, as well as departmental strategies
  • Attend 3 out of 4 quarterly team meets, including Village Halls and PCC Management meetings with D&T Management
  • Ensure your team are up to date with compliance training, timesheets and business etiquette.
  • Attend monthly P&L Lead meetings
  • Supporting team members with their development through escalation to D&T Management Team
  • Occasional involvement with recruitment activities, namely interviewing and CV reviewing
  • Have an active and up to date Peakon action plan in line with department actions.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educated to degree standard preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness & operational efficiencies / income generation in current role
  • Previous experience in managing teams of 10-12 is essential
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership qualities
