    Description

    Role: Operations Manager

    Introduction:

    At Jaji's Innovation, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational initiatives and contribute to our success.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations across multiple ventures, including Jaji's Unisex Salons, Jaji's Food Court, and Jaji's Designing Studio.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
    • Manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations.
    • Drive initiatives to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Analyze and report on operational performance, proposing action plans to address gaps and enhance outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, preferably within the beauty, retail, or hospitality industries.
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency optimization.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards applicable to the beauty and wellness industry.
