    Overview:

    The SAP FICOFund Management and Grant Management role is pivotal to ourorganization as it involves managing financial resources ensuringregulatory compliance and facilitating accurate reporting forefficient fund and grant management. This position plays a crucialpart in maintaining financial transparency and accountability whilesupporting strategic decisionmaking.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Utilize SAP FICO tooversee fund and grant disbursements
    • Developand maintain financial plans and budgets
    • Ensurecompliance with fund and grantregulations
    • Prepare financial reports for fundand grant activities
    • Collaborate with internaland external stakeholders on fund and grantrelatedmatters
    • Monitor fund and grant expenditures andvariances
    • Optimize fund utilization to alignwith organizational goals
    • Conduct periodic fundand grant audits
    • Identify opportunities forprocess improvements in fund and grantmanagement
    • Provide guidance on fund and grantmanagement best practices
    • Stay updated onindustry trends and regulations related to fund and grantmanagement
    • Support financial forecasting andplanning activities
    • Participate in fund andgrantrelated project implementations
    • Assist inthe development of fund and grant management policies andprocedures

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inFinance Accounting or a related field
    • Provenexperience in SAP FICO implementation andconfiguration
    • Demonstrated expertise in fundmanagement and grant accounting
    • Familiaritywith financial planning and analysis
    • Strongunderstanding of regulatory requirements for fund and grantmanagement
    • Excellent knowledge of financialreporting and analysis
    • Ability to collaboratewith crossfunctional teams
    • Proficiency infinancial software and tools
    • Exceptionalanalytical and problemsolving skills
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalabilities
    • Experience in auditing and internalcontrols
    • Capability to prioritize and handlemultiple tasks
    • Knowledge of best practices infund and grant management
    • Relevantcertifications in SAP FICO orfinance
    • Understanding of project managementprinciples
