    Description

    Looking for a A Sales "HUNTER" to join our ongoing journey of over 2x growth year on year for last 5 years.

    Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership, Customer Acquisition, Revenue Target Achievement & Team Management

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • Should have worked for IT Services Company for at least a Decade.
    • Focus on sales and key account management, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Global IT Captives Pan India.
    • Participate and manage events, webinars leveraging social media sales channels.
    • Connect and network with industry associations and councils to monitor industry trends, market analysis to gather competitor intelligence.
    • Use competitive intelligence to develop counter strategies that will neutralize competitive influence on the customers buying decisions.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency across the sales organization.
    • Build and maintain relations with alliance partners so that they work as our partners toward mutual success. Add new alliances for delivering better value to our customers and improving business success.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to new and less experienced pursuit team members as appropriate.
