    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Propose, design, and implement industryleading solutions for services that will be utilized by a sizable user base.
    • Design and implement highperformance scalable backend layers.
    • Participate in and contribute to the planning process for new features and projects.
    • Build highly maintainable, easytounderstand code in the backend microservices.
    • Work with topnotch engineering teams to understand and respond to their needs.
    • Establish coding guidelines, process documentation, and best practices for Software Engineers to follow.
    • Lead design and architecting the database schema.
    • Lead design and implementation of application model design.
    • Lead troubleshooting, debug production issues, and maintain system functionality.
    • Lead implementation of design documentation, flowcharts, system flows, technical user flows, etc.
    • Lead design and implementation of APIs.
    • Build and develop code review and best practices documentation for Software
    • Engineers to follow (code performance, security, coding guidelines, etc.
    • Highlight risks and suggest solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the daytoday progress in JIRA.
    • Participate in daily scrum meetings.
    • Communicate technical requirements and conduct design and requirement analysis discussions"
    • Perform Software Engineering interviews and help grow the size of the Software Engineering team.

    Requirements :

    • 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
    • Experience working in Node.
    JS, TypeScript, and Apollo GraphQL.

    • Experience designing and building highperformance scalable web services.
    • Experience designing and developing microservices, API design, and implementation.
    • Handson experience building containers dockers etc.
    • Experience with unit testing, test automation, and continuous delivery.
    • Experience participating in (and driving) agile processes and scrum.
    • The ability to work quickly toward tight deadlines, and make smart tradeoffs between speed, accuracy, and maintainability.
    • The ability to scope design deliverables accurately and prioritize work items appropriately.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with AWS technology (Lambda, ECS, EC2 S3) is a big plus.
