    ResponsibilityArea
    ModernTrade Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute modern trade strategies to increase marketshare and revenue.
    • Identify and prioritizemodern trade channels including supermarkets hypermarkets and chainstores.
    • Create joint business plans with keyaccounts to drive mutual growth and profitability.

    KeyAccountManagement:
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
    • Negotiate terms pricing and promotions withkey account partners.
    • Monitor salesperformance track account profitability and resolve any issues orconcerns.

    PromotionsandMerchandising:
    • Conductmarket research and analysis to understand market trends consumerbehaviour and competitor activities.
    • Usemarket insights to identify opportunities and develop competitivestrategies.
    • Monitor competitor pricingpromotions and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.

    CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including sales marketing supply chainand finance to achieve business objectives.
    • Communicate market trends customer feedback and business insightsto internal stakeholders.
    • Work closely withthe sales team to ensure alignment and execution of modern tradestrategies.
