Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (US Process)


Location:
Udyog Vihar Phase 4


Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Rotational Shifts


Perks:

Salary Bracket:
₹26,000 - ₹29,000


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the United States.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
