    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices and arrange payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Prepare accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and other payment methods promptly.
    • Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements to nurture positive relationships.
    • Analyze accounts meticulously to support financial reporting and decision-making processes.
    • Resolve invoice discrepancies and take corrective actions when necessary.
    • Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to projects improving accounts payable procedures.
    • Assist in month-end closing tasks and perform assigned duties.
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
    • Substantial relevant experience in accounts payable or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated capacity to deliver results and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Familiarity with financial internal controls and compliance requirements.
    • Availability for shift timings (1-10 PM, with potential extension).
