    Role Description;

    • B. Tech, M.B.A, Marketing, or a related field. (Better If Have)
    • Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Strong Communication skills.

    Responsibilities;

    • Responsible for identifying and meeting with potential clients, understanding client needs, and guiding them through available properties. Conducts property showings, handles negotiations, and closes deals
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the products/services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
    • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
    • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in the market, customer preferences, and internal processes to maintain a competitive edge.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month

    Experience:

    Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

    Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)

    total work: 1 year (Preferred)

    Work Location: WORK FROM HOME
