    BASICELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Minimum of 1 to 3years of telesales/telecalling/BPO experience with at least 1 yearspent in a single company.

    High schooldiploma 12th pass or equivalent or graduate.
    KEYPERFORMANCE INDICATORS Minimum 300 minutesof talk time over calls per day. Schedule/book 5 Video CounsellingVC sessions per day. Connect with a minimum of 80% of your leadseach day. Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenuetargets.
    Skills& Duties Excellent verbalcommunication skills with an emphasis on fluency in the Englishlanguage. Engage with assigned leads and promptly initiate contactthrough the auto dialer system. Qualify leads by assessing theirinterest needs and eligibility for upGrads programs. Build rapportand credibility and establish trust with leads through effectivecommunication and active listening. Schedule Video Counselling VCsessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.
