Person should be an enthusiastic and experienced IT Project Manager, he will be working for a technology driven company and will be working alongside a high caliber team and would be driving multiple initiatives for across the enterprise. The scope of these initiatives includes delivering capabilities using applications such as CRM, SAP, SharePoint and associated infrastructure. The IT Project Manager will execute initiatives ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking, and reporting of project activities as they progress between project stakeholders and key business customers. This is an "in the trenches" role as you coordinate, complete projects, define performance, and ensure results. In this role, you will display your expertise in determining time frames, funding and allotment of staffing and resources, and leading others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements – high impact role You will shift scope definition, risk identification, take on tough challenges, and create innovative solutions. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

Responsible for the management of one or more projects and project teams made up of business customers and sourcing partner resources to deliver solutions and services.

Projects will be technical in nature and you should be comfortable with handling very detailed project deliverables within a technology space.

Responsible for working with stakeholders, executives, engineers/analysts/architects and subject matter experts to deliver large scale projects and will be depended upon to take ownership, remove roadblocks and ensure delivery and expectations are met on a high profile project.

Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks. Defines and agrees client business objectives.

Translate client business strategy into an integrated work break down structure from which a portfolio of related projects is created. Exploitation of capability delivered and realization of benefits in line with the business case.

Responsible for cultivating relationships with the business, technology executives, stakeholders, user/customer base, and throughout the organization, to define project parameters, scope and create detailed project documentation.

Responsible for the management of one or more projects and project teams made up of business customers and sourcing partner resources to deliver solutions and services.

Projects will be technical in nature and you should be comfortable with handling very detailed project deliverables within a technology space.

The Project Manager must have a broad technical background with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall system release approaches, requirements capture and process alignment.

Coordinate with partners to deliver value and realization of clear business benefits.

Manages all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycles to include: project scope, work process investment plan, demand & project staging plans, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change management, working closely with business partners and shared services.

Oversees & Builds, in a collaborative fashion, detailed project plans, schedules, risk & issue logs, communication plans, follows change control processes, schedules & leads meetings and escalates issues in order to keep the project on track.

Coordinate project implementation and post-implementation plans.

Identifies and coordinates interdependencies to ensure timing, alignment and resources.

Communicates to executive & senior management, project sponsors, team members and other stakeholders. Delivering audience appropriate messages including executive presentations.

Review project deliverables for accuracy and informs management of issues affecting project status, offering solutions to solve the issues.

Requirements

Skilled with planning, executing and controlling technical projects.

Proven record of project management experience in a mid-large size business environment;

Skilled at planning, executing and controlling projects, and must have strong leadership, problem-solving skills and foresight, with the ability to make decisions without perfect information;

Demonstrated Customer-Facing experience & skillset;

Ability to collaboratively manage client and vendor teams;

Relationships are long term and partnership based. Ability to build and maintain long term stakeholder support;

Must be passionate and a strong team player;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Demonstrable skills in conflict management and negotiation to achieve project goals and develop trust with stakeholders;

E xperience

Professional Experience and Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical engineering with 10 to 15+ years of experience in Project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background; Experience using Agile, Scrum and other iterative methodologies on small and medium sized projects; Experience delivering IT projects applying all phases of project management methodology; Preferred experience with Software configuration management and change control methodologies;

Experience with MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project required;

. PMP /Prince 2 practinoiner, certification is a mandatory requirement.
