The associate will be responsible for end-end implementation of Large and Mid-Market Standalone or Payroll base clients on Smart Compliance product.

The features in Smart Compliance include Wage Verifications, Wage Garnishments, Employment Tax, Tax Credit Services, Wage Payments, W2 Management, Unemployment Claims and Health Care Compliance.


The associate is responsible for the position include extracting business requirements and translating those into developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating all necessary resources to ensure timely and successful Implementation.

The associate must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations. Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand the Wildly Important Goals (WIG's) for Smart Compliance and drive the teams to make significant contributions
  • Develop high performance team playing a key role in organization meeting or exceeding the goals for the Implementation Organization
  • Responsible for managing client expectations, spearhead transformational activities
  • Balancing the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result
  • Assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project, determine project plan. Desire to strongly lead clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through followup, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze business problems and assist in design solution
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, operations etc.).
  • Strong focus on team environment.
  • Assist in creating processes and procedures that will streamline implementation processes. This will include documentation needed for internal/external clients.
