    Position: Team Leader Direct Sales (Voice)

    Operations: Direct Sales (Inbound & Outbound)

    Client Geography: US

    Work Shift: 8:30PM to 5:30AM / 9:30PM to 6:30AM

    Work Location: Ghansoli NaviMumbai

    Role Type: Full Time Permanent

    Position Reports to: Assistant Manager Operations

    Salary Range: 28k to 36k

    Bonuses: Performance-based incentives/commissions

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking a skilled Team Leader for Voice Operations who can effectively lead and manage Inside Sales teams to enhance production performance.
    • The Team Leader will be involved in the selection of candidates, conduct sales coaching sessions, provide feedback, and motivate team members to achieve call center production objectives.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, along with experience in implementing best practices and coaching employees for improved performance.

    Deliverables:

    • Drive Sales through inbound and outbound channels.
    • Maintain sales metrics for individuals and the team, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
    • Monitor call platforms to optimize call answering efficiency and reduce call abandons.
    • Provide regular updates on team performance, participate in hiring, audit calls, and conduct feedback and coaching sessions.
    • Motivate team members, manage shrinkage & attrition, and ensure adherence to company policies.

    Academic Requirement:

    HSC or Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream (excluding Engineering and Medical Science). Call center related certifications are a plus. Production or Operations certifications are also advantageous.

    Experience Requirement:

    • Proven experience as a Team Leader in International Call Center Sales/Collections Voice Operations for at least 1 year.
    • Previous experience leading Sales teams in a US voice process setting is mandatory.

    Skill Requirement:

    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and effectively manage and motivate team members.
    • Exhibit a professional and courteous approach at all times.

    Weakly Offs: 2 per week
