    Position Overview:

    The role of the Canada PR Process Manager involves overseeing all aspects of the documentation process for Canada Permanent Residency (PR) and offering expert guidance to clients seeking Canada PR services.

    This position requires in-depth knowledge of the Canada PR process, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional client service skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Documentation Management:
      • Handle all Canada PR process documentation with precision and compliance.
      • Review and prepare application forms, supporting documents, and correspondence.
      • Maintain client records and application statuses accurately.
      • Ensure timely submission of applications and monitor progress.
    • Client Consultation:
      • Deliver expert advice to walk-in clients on the Canada PR process and eligibility.
      • Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' PR program eligibility.
      • Provide personalized guidance and address client queries effectively.
      • Assist clients in organizing documents for submission.
    • Process Coordination:
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for efficient processing.
      • Stay updated on changes in Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
      • Establish best practices for managing the Canada PR process.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Cultivate strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
      • Keep clients informed about their application status regularly.
      • Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Canada PR documentation and immigration consultation.
    • Thorough understanding of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in immigration software and databases.
