    Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Conceptualize/develop the sales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes, etc.

    • Responsible to manage both outbound sales motion
    • Supervises AMs to achieve and exceed sales objectives
    • Creates an assertive sales culture and environment.
    • Sets and monitors Team metrics and goals
    • Works with Client to analyze sales training opportunities as well as, design, develop and deliver associate sales training
    • Participates in regular call monitoring for quality purposes and understanding of current business conditions and devising strategy and taking timely corrective actions based on understand of Data analysis.
    • Undertakes a range of activities and projects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
    • Develop, train and implement operation al and sales tools for Team Leaders/AMs to utilize in day to day management of their teams
    • Excellent in attrition control.
    Additional Information
    Candidate should have at least 5-7 years outbound sales experience.
    Should have at least 2-3 Years of experience as a Sales Manager
