    Job Description :


    As an SRE Lead (Site Reliability Engineering Lead), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services.

    He/ She will lead a team of SREs (Site Reliability Engineers) and collaborate closely with development teams to build and maintain highly available and resilient systems.

    Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and continuously improving the reliability and performance of our infrastructure and :

    Lead and mentor a team of SREs, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.

    • Set team goals, define priorities, and ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the SRE team.
    • Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable systems and infrastructure.
    • Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for system monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
    • Lead incident response and resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective incident management.
    • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve systemwide issues and improve overall system reliability.
    • Drive automation efforts to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain tooling and frameworks to support monitoring, deployment, and configuration management.
    • Implement and advocate for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to achieve infrastructure scalability and reproducibility.
    • Work closely with development teams to influence architectural decisions and ensure systems are built for reliability and scalability.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve system resilience.
    • Collaborate on release management and deployment strategies to minimize downtime and improve release processes.
    • Stay uptodate with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in Site Reliability Engineering.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing within the SRE team and across the organization.
