    Job Description :


    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for diverse projects, including new product launches, regulatory programs, and system implementations.


    • Conduct thorough business process analysis and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, define project scope, and identify key deliverables.
    • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, utilizing Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Experience working as a business analyst across a range of business deliveries including one or more of the following areas new products, regulatory programs, new system implementations, integration of package solutions, or business transformations.
    • Experience in the full IT development lifecycle using both Agile Scrum and Waterfall approaches.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools including Viso, Excel, and Project.
    • Proficient in the use of corporate wiki tools for Project Collaboration (preferably Confluence).
    • Proficient in the use of issuetracking software (preferably Jira)
