    Job Description :


    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Lead with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development, including expertise in frameworks like Django and FAST API.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable applications, leading development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
    • Design, develop, and maintain highperformance backend systems using Python frameworks (Django, FAST API).
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design scalable solutions.
    • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
    • Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance metrics, and security protocols.
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes and efficiency.
    • Architect and optimize database schemas, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and utilize objectrelational mapping (ORM) concepts.
    • Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend functionalities seamlessly.
    • Provide technical leadership in architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability of applications.
    • Conduct regular code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Python development.

    Qualifications and Skills :
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python development, with expertise in Django and FAST API.
    • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects on time.
    • Strong knowledge of RESTful API development using Django Rest framework.
    • Deep understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
    • Experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including ORM concepts.
    • Familiarity with AWS services (S3, SNS, SES, ECS, etc.) and Git repositories.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Preferred :

    • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
    • Certifications in Python development or related fields.
    • Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
