    Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Digital Account Manager having good client communication skills to join our team, proficient in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies with overseas clients.

    Your role is pivotal in achieving client goals, from strengthening online presence to refining lead generation.
    Fluent English and proficient client interactions are essential, ensuring customer success, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

    What will you do?
    Build long-term relationships, being point of contact for the client concerning digital management matters.
    Overseeing a specific client portfolio, coordinating paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, web development, and social media management with an in-house team of dedicated analysts
    Responsible for client receivables; planning and execution of monthly retention.
    Ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions of client escalations/queries. Investigate & determine clients' needs
    Stay up to date on digital technology trends٫ social media٫ and web analytics. Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
    Ensuring project deadlines are met & determining project changes
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
    Provide regular reports to clients on project key metrics, analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    What skills are we looking for?
    Proficiency in English and effective client communication.
    1+ years of experience managing digital marketing portfolio. Understanding on Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Adwards & any CRM software
    3+ years of exposure to overseas / International Client. Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimisation) / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles is preferable.
    Proficiency in building strong rapport with clients
    Should be a team player
    Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
    Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
