    What you'll do: Office 365 Administration:
  • Manage and administer O365 Admin Centre.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of Exchange Online.
  • Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
    • Collaboration Platforms:
  • Handle configuration and usage of Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage and integrate VIVA Engage (YAMMER) for effective communication.
  • Identity and Access Management:
  • Administer Azure Active Directory.
  • Implement and manage AAD Connect.
  • Implement Conditional Access policies.
    • Hybrid Exchange Environment:
  • Manage Hybrid Exchange Server Cross-Premise Features.
  • Support and maintain on-premise Exchange Server versions.
    • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure compliance through the Compliance Center.
  • Oversee Azure Information Protection.
  • Implement O365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
    • Microsoft 365 Apps:
  • Manage deployment and updates of M365 Apps.
  • Administer Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
    • Single Sign-On (SSO):
  • Implement and manage ADFS SSO with O365.
    • Security Skill Set:
  • Familiarity with different enrollment types.
  • Proficient in Intune MDM and MAM.
  • Implementation and management of Conditional Access policies.
  • Windows enrollment management.
  • Experience with Azure Information Protection (AIP).
  • Administration of O365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Session-based Conditional Access using MDCA.
  • Proven experience in O365 administration and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management.
  • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with Intune, network monitoring, and server monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Google Workspace Administration (it would be value addition):
  • Administer Google Mail & Calendar.
  • Manage Google Meet, Google Apps, and Google MDM & MAM.
  • Implement and maintain Google Directory Sync.
  • manage Google Security & Compliance.
