    Typical Day in the Life

    A typical day in the life of a Microsoft Technical Consultant would include:

  • Participating in every aspect of the development lifecycle including sales engineering, requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment.
  • Creating Dataverse-based Power Apps - Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Portals, and Power Automate.
  • Developing custom Dynamics Business Central AL code to support custom customer functionality.
  • Assisting in the development and architecture of integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other systems / applications.
  • Providing customer support for new and existing integrations and customizations.
  • Developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Developing custom Azure applications to support specific business needs.
  • Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and partners.

    • Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • You have 7 years of experience working as a Microsoft Developer.
  • You have experience in Product Development as it pertains to the AppSource marketplace.
  • You have OOP (Object Oriented Programming) experience.
  • You have some experience in Azure or AWS Development.
  • You hold certifications relative to Development (AZ-204, PL-400).
  • You have advanced knowledge of project management standards and technology practices.
  • You can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You have C# and SQL experience and have a solid understanding of other modern development stacks (Python, JavaScript, HTML\CSS) and patterns.
  • You have previous experience in Professional Services.
  • You can design and implement complex integrations.
