    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
    • Customize ServiceNow UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience.
    • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards, including ITIL framework principles.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
    • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing ServiceNow UI.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL framework principles and IT service management processes.
    Skills :
    • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript : Proficiency in JavaScript is crucial as it's the primary scripting language used in ServiceNow.
    • Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS : Understanding these technologies is important for designing user interfaces and managing data within ServiceNow applications.
    • Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts : This helps in data exchange and defining the structure of your ServiceNow applications.
    • Experience using the ServiceNow platform : Hands-on experience with the platform is vital for developing and managing applications effectively.
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes : Understanding ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes can be beneficial for aligning IT services with business needs.
    • Advanced problem-solving ability : The capability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues is essential for a developer.
