    R&D FPGA Designer at Nippon Data


    Location:
    Gurugram


    Job Description:
    As an FPGA Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and developing complex FPGA designs.

    Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will collaborate closely with R&D Project Managers, Product Architects, Solution Teams, Software Qualification, and Software Engineers to innovate new product offerings and enhance existing ones.

    This role requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams across the US & Europe.


    Essential Requirements:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering
    8-10 years of experience in FPGA development (Altera, Xilinx)
    Proficiency in RTL languages such as VHDL and Verilog
    Experience with Xilinx FPGA Tools Design Flow, including Vivado and Chipscope
    Expertise in timing closure for complex designs
    Familiarity with Functional Simulation tools like Synopsys, Mentor, Cadence, or Vivado simulator
    Ability to create self-checking Simulation environments with test benches, automation scripts, and test cases
    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and product segments
    Excellent written communication skills for creating technical documents
    Self-motivated, organized, and accountable individual
    Strong team player with responsive and proactive communication skills


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with high data throughput real-time processing (~1GSPS), PCIe, DDR memories, FSM, etc.
    Familiarity with Test & Measurement lab equipment
    Knowledge of C/C++
