The baker is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including artisanal and laminated bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked treats.

They should be an experienced bread maker and have strong artistic skills to create visually appealing baked goods. The baker should have the ability to work well under pressure and have a passion for creating high-quality products.


Key Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in bread making, preferably with experience in artisanal and laminated bread.

Strong artistic skills and the ability to create visually appealing baked goods.

Knowledge of baking equipment and techniques.

Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
